This fall is special for us because we welcome a new family member–a two year old cat whom we named Laura.  She was a stray before she was rescued by the Lexington Humane Society. She was adopted by someone else and then returned. Hearing her story, we knew we were meant to have her.

She was called Tiger Lily when we first met her. We were instantly charmed by her sweet face and unique coloring. She looks almost like a miniature tiger with orange and black stripes on beige background. Hence the name Tiger Lily.

She is a loving, attentive and peaceful cat. We think she is quite sweet in her physical expression. She is especially affectionate and playful with Jacob and James. Jacob loves to feed her and watch her play with her pink mouse toy. James loves to watch her eat and pet her.

She loves napping on our bed in the daytime and at night.
