Us and boys lately

David and I have been extremely busy with work and school. I’m still getting used to teaching English to international students at Campbellsville University. When classes go well, everyone would have such fun learning English and getting to know each other. Some days my techniques would just flop.

The good news is that we have been blessed with warmer weather this Winter, so we have been spending time outdoors anytime we could. We would sometimes go to the Abbey of Gethsemani for contemplative church with the monks there and for a hike in the woods on the Abbey’s ground.

The boys got new bicycles as early birthday presents two weeks ago. They love riding them. We usually take them to the Tracy-Pitman Greenway near home for them to practice biking.

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the weather.

About David and Lam

A smitten couple and loving parents in our early 40s. We have lived in 3 different countries together. We dream of living in a fourth country together after our children grow up. We love long walks in the woods, climbing mountains, boating, traveling, reading, and being together. Both David and Lam are old souls who love quietness and meaningful conversations in which we ponder the truth and mysteries of life as well as discuss philosophical and ethical matters. We especially like to enjoy the small pleasures of daily life.
