Downtown Bowling Green, KY

We drove to Bowling Green, which is 1-hour-and-half drive from Campbellsville and on Central Time, to check out the campus of Western Kentucky University and for a spot of shopping. Bowling Green has a very charming square downtown and many interesting-looking buildings and houses. We also have discovered that we like Western Kentucky University’s campus the most out of all Kentucky universities’ campuses we have seen so far.

Our crockpot is 5 years old and has completely stopped working. We also wanted to see if we can get a reasonably-priced and good-quality stereo from Best Buy. I was so excited to have found a simply-designed and inexpensive stereo unit. Being a one-income family, we always have to think very carefully about all our purchases beside groceries. As luck would have it, that stereo decided to quit working all together after 1 hour after having swallowed one of my favorite Enya CD. So, we’ll end up having to go back to Best Buy to try to get back my CD and to exchange this defective stereo for another one.

We hope everyone has a great week ahead!
